Arizona State University is recommended as one of the best university institutions for international students in the United States. Arizona State, one of the largest public universities, is located in Tempe, Arizona. ASU is home to over 65,000 students, with over 17,900 of them being international students.
The Public Relations team for ASU has prioritizes the international student program, making it simple to contact not only the university officials, but current international student ambassadors at the institution as well. International individuals have the opportunity to chat with international students at ASU by clicking on ASU's websites underneath the international students portion. Students profiles are displayed, with his/her name, hometown and home country, and chosen degree plan. Students are allowed to ask anything they may like, such as what it's like being an international student, what it's like living in the residential halls on campus, how big the change was from the student's home country to the United States, etc. 
Arizona State University strives to have a realistic approach on traveling students, which has resulted in a steady increase of international students that study at ASU.
There are a multitude of College and Departmental Scholarships that international students can apply for. The scholarships are categorized into the desired College the student is looking to study, including but not limited to the College of Education, College of Engineering, College of Health Solutions, etc. The university offers a tuition calculator, like many others, that allows you to insert your study of choice, the amount of hours you might want to take, where you may want to live on campus, and all that would cost.

Arizona State is not only known for being ranked #1 in the nation for innovation(ahead of Stanford and MIT,) but it is also known for giving students the "full experience," at a reasonable cost of tuition. As #1 ranked innovative university in the nation, it is known for taking curriculums and tweaking them to be more accommodated for students. This is so students will be more prepared for life outside of college and have more job opportunities for their career paths--that they will receive more out of their years studying there. University of Barcelona

University of Barcelona is one of the best educational institutions in all of Spain, and it is one of the most highly recommended for international students. University of Barcelona offers undergraduate degrees from Arts and Humanities, Engineering and Architecture, and Health Sciences to Social Sciences and Education. Not only does UB offer subjects related to entrepreneurship, bioethics, gender equality, and science and technology, but the university strives to structure the studies while promoting a collaborative, responsible culture of critical and ethical thinking. The university owns and offers affiliated resident halls for the students, encouraging personal experience and growth.
The video provided above is not specifically about the University of Barcelona; however, it is informative for students wanting to study anywhere in Spain and offers some clarification of concerns that may arise. Similar to institutions in the United States, international students in Spain are provided the opportunity to work on campus, while studying abroad. To offer all international students a chance at succeeding, UB provides language sources for non-Catalan speaking students.
The university's public relations are similar to the University of Arizona, which is the networks and communications that are offered amongst the students and current international students or groups. UB provides a link that has international networks. Students can click on the network that relates to them most, and on the networks they may find transitional cooperation events, international leadership retreats, scholarships, etc. Financial Aid and Grants are accessible to students who are eligible and apply. Tuition at University of Barcelona is averaged to be 4,900 Euro(which would be $5,307 in usd) per year, mostly ranging from 4,000 to 6,000Euro. For international students traveling from America, this is roughly inexpensive, equaling the amount of tuition and semester fees at an American university, excluding room and board.
